No, Phlebotomy Anywhere is an exclusive concierge service billed directly to patients who would like the convenience of receiving phlebotomy services at their preferred location. However, your laboratory tests will be billed to your insurance by the laboratory performing the testing. 

Please note that Phlebotomy Anywhere is unable to provide you with a receipt that contains the basic information generally required by health plans for reimbursement.

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice: The full amount paid will be credited toward a future appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: The payment is non-refundable and will not be credited.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: A rescheduling fee of $50.00 will apply.
