Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

1. Purpose:

This Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy ensures the efficient operation of our concierge mobile phlebotomy services respects the time of both our patients and healthcare professionals.

2. Payment Policy: 

All appointment fees are charged at the time of scheduling. Payment confirms your booking and secures the designated date and time slot you selected.

3. Cancellation Notice:

Patients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid forfeiting their payment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice: The full amount paid will be credited toward a future appointment. Credit for future appointments must be used within 14 days.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: The payment is non-refundable and will not be credited.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: A rescheduling fee of $50.00 will apply.

5. No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as a client who is not present at the scheduled appointment location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full appointment fee, and no credit will be issued.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

7. Credits

Credits will be issued in accordance with the above policies.

Credits for future appointments must be used within 14 days.

8. Repeated Cancellations

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments without proper notice may be subject to additional fees or limitations on service access.

9. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to change, and clients will be notified of any updates. The most current version of the policy will always be available on our website.
